Within factory specs? That's a laugh. They don't have specs for some serious issues, let alone a floor that sags. As if a half inch is ok but three quarters isn't?
What you were told in actuality is too bad, adapt to it.

Did you ever solve this problem?

I have a similar 2problem with my 2019 3121rl.

I can tell where the frame rails are on either side of the rig by looking at the floor. There is a measurable dip between them that the island sits in.The Off Door Slide scraps the top of this "ridge" when coming in and out gouging the floor.

I raised this issue while under warranty but got nowhere. It is getting worse.

My 3813 is really good and solid all around the Island. I actually just told my wife a few days ago how solid everything was and how well everything was holding up so far. This is are third Montana and we have been very pleased with all three. Especially resale

We have 362RD ,2019 with the same issues floor sags and the island shakes as you walk by it . Ours has two slides one on each side of the kitchen my guess is the plywood they used is not strong enough . One of many issues had to replace a window the Casablanca fan several cabinets had to be trimmed so they would close refrigerator wouldn’t close right I did all these repairs myself because we do not travel. They sent me the parts I wasn’t spending thousand dollars to get it back to them. I wouldn’t recommend a Montana to anyone Warranty was junk
