Ascot roller shades

I have a few of these shades on my 2017 353RL that have failed, the adjustment wheel came out in parts. Ascot is sending me new parts but no instructions, I guess I can figure it out but if anyone knows how to repair or adjust these blinds help would be appreciated!

Already replaced 4 under warranty and 3 more before warranty is up. Replacements have held up though. The MDC on my last 2 5ers were great, Keystone must save a ton using these cheaper shades.

ascot shades

CaptJohn i think you're right on that on and I'll probably end up replacing them after this fix. Although I do have an extended warranty, probably doesn't cover that knowing my luck!

Probably is not covered but I'll let Keystone replace until the year is up. After that not sure I'll want the continuing repairs on these and will change them out for something else.
