Slide out rollers

Took my fiver in because the front living room slideout seemed to be dragging, and I thought adjustment required. Solution was to lubricate the rollers. New term for me. What are the rollers? Found out that that for the front living room slide out, if you look under the couch from the sides, there are rollers attached to the inside of the wall, and bottom of slide rides on the those rollers. If you dont lubricate, they bind, and slide drags. Dont have them on the other two slides which are hydraulic, but the living room slide is electric, and I could have saved myself some trouble if I had known they were there.
