I just now saw this same unit listed on RV Trader for $39,995. Seems to be a huge difference. You should sell this very quickly at your asking price which may be your intent but it should fetch more then $18,000. Check it out...I may have misread it. Just trying to help.

I have a 2014 and i may or may not have more improvements than you but i wouldn't sell mine for twice the price. This sounds like a deal to good to be true.

We just bought a similarly equiped 2014 in reasonable shape for $23,000 but it was an HC so you'll underpriced for sure.

Linda and I are finished traveling. Both of us do not have the health needed to travel.The reason for selling is that we do not want it to sit for a long time and not be used. If we can’t sell it then we may donate it to a charity.
