Same here - after 2 years of FT'ing, our EMS found an open ground when we were in a CG in Portland, Maine. It's also saved us a couple times when voltage was too low/high.

They're not inexpensive, but well worth the initial cost in potential more expensive repairs and inconveniences down the road.
