Both toilets burp up when flushed. Help!
Yesterday we moved and before we did, I added 1 of the single use TST black tank treatment and about 2 oz of dawn dish soap to each tank to help clean the sensors, (which by the way have not read reliably since we bought the rig new.) We drove 30 miles and setup, when we arrived and flushed the toilets they both burp back like the tank vent is plugged. Could I have a tank of bubbles from the Dawn that are restricting the vent when I flush the toilets? We have never had an issue before! I have not used the TST treatment before either. we usually use unique and love it but we ran out and cannot get locally. So I had to buy the TST Treatment. Ideas? Thanks in advance for your replies!
Sincerely
Todd & Mary

Assuming your tanks are empty, I would go up on the roof and make sure the vents are not blocked with mud dobber nests.

Update
Yes, both tanks were empty before I treated them. This evening the Half bath is operating just fine again, so I am beginning to believe I had a tank full of Dawn bubbles that restricted the tank vent line enough to cause the burp. I don't know because I've never used the TST treatment if that would add to the problem as well. Hope tomorrow the full bath works fine again.
Thanks for the help fellows!

Update, I found the disgusting little slug!
Seems as though there is about a 20 straight drop from the toilet to the tank. I think quick flushes and the pipe build up with disgusting stuff. I flushed it and paid attention to make sure the tank probes weren't misreading, and the tank was full, Well when I looked there was matter up to the bottom of the toilet valve. I turned off the water to the rig so I could see what was going on without the flush water running. When I opened the valve to look, the matter slowly worked its way down to the tank and cleared with a PLOP, All is well again! Never thought that could be a problem. Live and learn I guess.

The only time they should 'burp' is when the tank is full/nearly full.

Or when the vent is blocked and air can't escape the tank.

Dawn makes too many bubbles. I prefer dishwasher detergent (Cascade liquid), which breaks down stuff but doesn't bubble. A nice long squirt into my 1/3 full gray tanks prior to each trip, the sloshing and detergent do their magic while underway, and I drain when we arrive at our new CG. For the black tank I also travel with 1/3 full clean water, but do not use detergent as I do not want to kill off the bacteria from the Happy Camper.

Took some young girls camping with us years ago. They were amazed with the toilet in the trailer. When we went to see what they were up to in the trailer, we found them spinning the TP, and flushing. Mind you, we were dry camping at the time.
Needless to say, the down tube from the toilet got plugged. We had the "burp" until I was able to run a hose from outside into the toilet to clear the "paper plug".
Lesson learned, burping toilet means a plug somewhere, and NEVER leave inquisitive kids in the trailer alone.
