The general consensus is that roof coatings are unnecessary, but if you just want it to look better, then I bet any of the rubber roof coatings would do the job.

At a national rally a few years back folks asked the roof manufacturer what to clean it with. They were told that washing or coating was not recommended, but if you felt you had to do something wash it with dawn.

I use a cup of Dawn dish soap & a cup of bleach in a bucket of water, scrub thoroughly while someone else keeps the sides wet. When done, rinse the whole trailer down, then wash the sides with a good car wash soap & a soft bristle brush. I only do the roof once a year.

Instead of washing or coatings your roof do something worth while with your camper, take a nap in it. I did today it was wonderful.
