This is a great weather alert app. I found it in the Android App Store. http://onguardweatheralerts.com/
It works on a Smartphone with build in GPS to give NOAA weather alerts both in your present location and/or a static location that you wish to monitor. When traveling, we are always informed if we are in a NOAA alert location.
