Do you by chance have a dog? If you do, does he sleep next to it? Iíve heard of dogs passing gas at night and setting it off

Itís out there chirping right now , with the red and green lights flashing, ( which is supposed to mean low battery) and use and the dogs are in the house.

Older propane detectors do not warn about end of life. Mine didn't anyway so I replaced it after 18 years. Now I will have the EOL chirping.
