Sure glad we're here!
Just got a call from the sister-in-law and she said they have 11" of that wonderful white stuff on the ground and it's still snowing!  The temp is 32* and they have some wind too! SURE GLAD WE'RE DOWN HERE IN FLORIDA AND THE TEMPS ARE 80*+ AND FULL SUNSHINE!

It was so nice hearing from you, glad you made it to warm climate. It's been very nice here in the RGV until this afternoon, when the front came through. How long do you plan on staying? Hopefully, we'll see you this coming Summer! Relax and enjoy!

The weather has been awesome here in Sarasota since we arrived January 1st. For some reason I don't check weather back home and we don't get emails from the kids telling us about it. They know my reply would include a Florida weather report

Ron, we Skyped with the kids this morning and our son stuck the camera out the door and it did not look good, lots of snow. We are in Tucson AZ and enjoying some very nice weather here. Hope you and Mary are also enjoying better weather. Rich

Rondo, good move. drsmart, We were in Sarasota today and weather is beautiful. We are in Rainbow Resort at Frostproof, FL (very rural area). Today saw Lipizzan Stallions being trained and had lunch at Troyer's Dutch Heritage "Amish home-style cooking restaurant. Life in sunny south Florida is a treat.

Glad you made it to Florida. We are in Jacksonville, Fl. We had planned to move south from here, but it has been so nice, we are staying here for the winter! If your close, let me know and we can meet somewhere for some good sea food.
