Main slide sagging

Has anyone had a problem with the roof on the slide sagging? I have a 2011 3455SA. The main slide is approx 16 feet long on the door side. The ceiling /roof is sagging approx ½ inch in the middle. RV is at the dealer, they said Keystone is saying there is nothing they can do. The Montana is only a year old. What will it look like in another year or two? I did a search but didn’t find anything.

Although ours' is a different model our large slide sags in the middle something less than an inch. Has been that way since brand new. In 5 plus years it hasn't gotten any worse and the rubber swiper still makes contact with the roof. Never had a problem with leaks or anything. I thing that is just the nature of the beast. To stiffen it in the build process would definately add weight and or expense. Jim

Mine did.... It ended by taking it to the Mfg and having them re enforce the slide roof with a steel bar..which is what should have been in there in the first place...they didnt want to do it then either..
