Now what ?????

We have no lights electric anywhere in the new trailer. I am plugged into 50 amp service which is on and hot to the trailer connection. I have tried every switch, breaker, and checked all of the fuse's they are all on and no red lights on the fuse panel. I can't start the generator. SO what went wrong. Everything was working earlier. HELP>>>>>

Is it just the 12V lights or the 120V lights or both? I am guessing someone futzed with the battery disconnect switch in the convenience center if just the 12V are not working.

Is there 120V at the 50 Amp breakers in the fuse box? Do you by chance have an EMS (Progressive) inboard (as opposed to the portable versions). If yes, what does the display say?

I would suspect an issue with your pedestal couple with dead batteries if it has been setting for awhile. What is your battery voltage? Have you been staying in it or has it been sitting?

Its been sitting in our driveway with shore power pluged in. The last time that I looked at the display it show the battery's were 98% and the shore was at 118 volts

Can you try a different source of shore power even it is not 50 amp?

That should give you 12 volt systems unless the batteries are disconnected.

If your battery disconnect switch is ON (normal position) and you still have no power...
Here is a link to Progressive Dynamics power panels.
https://www.progressivedyn.com/suppo...ooting-guides/
You need to find your model and follow the troubleshooting guide.
You will need a multimeter.

Given the pedestal is hot (I assume it has been checked with a VOM), then there is a break between there and the CBs in the fuse panel. First I would check the 50 amp power cord to ensure it has voltage at the connection to the RV end.

The internal wiring comes from the plug at the rear to the ATS (transfer switch) to the EMS and then to the CBs. As the EMS has no power, look closely at the ATS. Does it have power coming in and going out?

You mentioned the generator up above. What has been going on with it?
