When ya gettin' there???

Lorraine and I should be getting to Pla-Mor a bit earlier than expected. The way things look we should be there Thursday or Friday. That's Thrusday or Friday of this week. Yeah I know the rally doesn't start until the 8th but what the heck, so we're a week early.

When do the rest of you plan on being there? Any other early birds??

We hope to be there by the morning of the 7th. Maybe sooner. Got to take care of a few things here at home. Been away for awhile.

Well when you don't do the proper planing things have a tendency to change. We won't be arriving for the rally until the 8th. We tried to get into Pla-Mor for the Labor Day weekend but the best they could do was a site with just water and electric no sewer until Monday and than we would have to move. Since we were going to have to move anyway we decide to look around the area and found the Elkhart County Fairgrounds in Goshen had vacancies AND at a rate of $110.00 for a week with full hook up, YES I said 110 bucks for the week, we decided to spend the week in Goshen. There are also a number of Montanas here and one is also an MOC member but I am not at liberty to mention who.

Looks like someone will have to have the "cold ones" waiting for us.

Hi Everybody,

We have been absent from the forum for awhile because of some eldercare issues that were consuming our time. Sorry we have not been more active in helping with this Rally.

As of this morning, it looks like we are acutally going to make it to the Rally and hope to arrive Wednesday, probably late afternoon.

We have not listed anything to bring or help with because we were somewhat tentative about our ability to attend. We will pitch in where needed when we get there, and bring something to the pot lucks.

Our daughter went in respite tonight (6th) and we plan on leaving first thing in the morning. Have to stop and pick up the Montana in Tecumseh, Mi (where we camped Labor Day) and then on to Pla-Mor.

See everyone in a couple of days.
