Local Tire Dealer Comes Through

Last year while shopping for new truck tires I used a local tire dealer. An old family owned business. The only thing they do is tires and rims.

They made me a really good deal on my new truck tires with road hazard and free rotation/balance. Visited them again a couple months ago to get new tires on a used Wrangler we are taking to Florida and leaving this year.

Wasn't satisfied with the Wrangler tires so I went back yesterday. They performed okay I just really didn't like the size and the way they looked, so I was prepared to take a beating on having them replaced.

Dealer gave me 90% allowance of what I paid for them plus gave me a super sale price on the new set. Very little money exchanged hands!

Sometimes it pays to use the family owned smaller businesses instead of the big box chains.

The small business appreciates you, the big ones don't

Very true. I just wished people understood that and spent there money where the service is. One of these days, big box stores will be all that's left.

Having run a smaller business with 125 employees for several years I have always used family owned firms. Reliable, flexible, and appreciate their customers and looking for repeat business.
