Door and wall problems

We’ve been having problems with our door being out of alignment. This morning I noticed the wall above the door appears to be coming apart (about 1/16”). The rig is only 2 years old. Since Keystone has a 3 year warranty will they fix this?

I went out to look at mine and I felt a smooth continuous surface between plywood panel joints...no cracks or interim joints - see pic below. I put little pieces of tape on the joints so I could show them in the pic. The seam on the right-hand side of the pic (same joint you are asking about) feels relatively smooth and the wall-paper tape over the joint looks intact.

Are you seeing anything on the outside fiberglass?

MikendDebbie, the outside is OK. No shifting or delamination.

I will check other joints tomorrow. A few months ago think I noticed a joint on drivers side rear that did not look as smooth as a baby’s behind. I don’t think the joint tape was broken - but I will get a pic of it and post it for comparison.

Forgot to mention the shutting problem has been on going for about a year. But has been getting worse.

My previous unit, I had to reset the level on the auto level system. After that all my entry door problems went away and it auto leveled better.

For what it's worth - I do have a panel joint with some play in it...I can push on one side of the joint and feel about 1/16" movement under the joint tape. The tape is not broken however. Above and below that area the joint is smooth.

Here’s a picture that better shows the problem. The joint is on the door frame. I think I’ll call Keystone Monday and see what can be done.
