Electric ceiling vents

Our 2018 3731FL has been closed up and this morning I see 2 out of 3 vents wide open?Is this normal opening themselves?
I wouldn’t think so but seems many mystery’s with Keystone rv’s now a days.

Never heard of they one. I would say something is wrong. They have a sensor to close if water (rain) is sensed but obviously not to open. My guess something to do with sensor wiring.
Good luck in figuring they one out. Will have to use battery disconnect when not using.

Do you have an automatic setting on the control? Not sure but they may open automatically if in the auto mode. When in auto, my 2010, 3400RL, fantastic fan will turn on and off by itself but the hatch usually stays open in auto mode. Yours is much newer so it may open and close by itself. I suggest playing around with the settings and see what happens. I do have a vent cover on mine so no problem if strong winds come in when I am not there. If it rains, as others have said, they should close themselves.

I called my dealer for 3 days in a row and they don’y Answer phone in service department? How convenient for them.
Have to e mail them explaining issue.Instead I called Keystone and was easily successful right away to speak to a tech.
He said that’s a new one he never heard of that. Then said call your dealer.
Well last time was a 4 month stay to fix warranty issues.Nothing but issues with this rv since purchasing new August of 2017 as newcomers.

Figure out the manufactuer and call their tech support group. They know more about their product than Keystone or your dealer. If it is fantastic they are great to work with.
