Creaky Floor

Bella has developed a creak in the floor near the centerline in the kitchen. Sounds like an old wooden floor. I thought the floors were one piece. The unit is only a year old 2955 so I am concerned it might get worse with age. Other than the squirrels in the attic we (Wife) says "I love the Monty" we (me) says I love my Dodge LOL
Anyone have a cure for the growning floor?
Doug

Mine is in the bedroom, where the heater vent is. Put in some screws, but didn't help. Hope someone at the Sept Rally in Goshin will be able to show me how to fix. The screws were 1". Maybe that is not long enough. Rig is a 2005 2955RL

We purchased our 3150RL 1 month ago and it has developed a creak in the bedroom when you step on the floor between the shower and the carpeting next to the bed. Anyone have a cure for this that had the same problem? I don't trust the dealers "techs" to do it right.

Hi Our 3485SA 07 developed creaks in 08 and disapeared. Then again in the winte of 09 Then gone in Spring of 2010. So it must be a Weather condition noise? Hope you find that yours is the same.

Yep! Had that in the 08 Monty, and have it in the SOB.

I just try to keep an open mind that it is a house going down the road and it is in a continual earthquake.

We have a popping noise in the kitchen floor of our 285rl. It sounds like the edge of the subfloor moving against something. Don't know if its related to the creaking sounds or not.

We've deceided to live with it, as I doubt much can be done without tearing up the floring.

Had a squeak in the kitchen near the kitchen cabinets. Took out the screws for the cabinet to the floos and the squeak disapeared. Replaced the screws with shorter screws and the floor is squeak free.
