This is really interesting. Funny thing I noticed was once I picked up on the letters being out of order I was able to read it more quickly as I went along.

This is probably why so many printed things turn out with mistakes. You don't really see the mistakes at first. I usually see mine at the same moment I hit the "send" button.

Forget where I saw something similar but it gave the answer as to why we can read such so easily - as long and the 1st and last letters are where / what they should be, we can read it. However, try to do such with either letter wrong and it gets very tiring, very quickly.
