Bath fan and vent cover

Can someone tell me if you can use a maxx air vent cover over the bath fan? Has Keystone always used the small fan in the bath instead of the fantastic brand? Who is the manufacturer of this fan? I don't care too much for reaching to the ceiling to turn off and on..

I have the cover on mine. Those fans are pretty puny. I ran some wire and put a wall switch on mine.

We have a fantastic in our bath as well as one in the kitchen, they can really move air. Not sure of the manufacturer of your fan but I am sure you can use the vent cover.

I removed the fan and put a Maxxair Turbo/maxx powered vent on mine. Now I can leave the vent open and when I do run the fan it's very quiet. In our previous Montana I replaced the fan with a 80mm computer case fan which was much quieter.

Mine is on the wall switch as was a similiar fan in my last RV. I put a cover over them so I can run them in bad weather. Both the light and the fan are on the same switch unless I cut off the fan on the unit itself.

We also had the covers installed on ours from the dealer. Both fans have them and they work well.
