Here is Robyne's email address. I don't know if you want to try someone different, but she helped us:

If no luck try Christy Anglemyer anglc@keystonerv.com she is the one that took care of my graphics.

Sorry to hear that.I had no problem with her, explained I was a member of the Moc, and was disappointed in the quality of the graphics etc etc. She had me send pictures, and offered a complete set at no charge, this was this past June. I have now, a complete set of graphics. Seems funny that some have had success, and others have not. This is actually the second time I have received graphics from Keystone, the first time was just for the front, this time when some got bad I received a complete set.

Ozz, I can tell you it is better to peel off the bad graphics than to wait for them to curl up and flake off on their own. The glue then collects road dust and anything else that comes within 3 feet and is very difficult to get off. NAPTHA works better than goo gone or paint thinner but having the rig in the sun is the best. I did get a set of replacement graphics for the front and bedroom slide but am still stripping off the old stuff. Based on a post above I will check for a better method in the box with the replacement graphics because what I am going through now makes me hesitant to put the new ones on out of fear they will only last a year or two and I will have to go through the whole process again!

If I don't hear from the second lady, I will keep trying new people.

Thanks Bill, I am in Vegas now, hot sun a plenty! I think it would look odd to have missing graphics, but will maybe try one small spot first.
I'm glad at least some of us got new ones.

Asked for new decals at the Rally this fall and the rep looked. Said they were on the way and we are still waiting. This is the second year we've been told they were sent!! Not happy campers right now!!

Ruth, they won't even return my email.
How can we pressure them as a group?

Hi Folks - after monitoring this thread for a while - I last evening finally made the inquiry to Robyn (haker@keystonerv.com - 866-425-4369) at Keystone for replacement decals for my '04 Mountaineer TT. I have several that are cracked / pealing / fading as well.

Robyn replied this morning and also refered me to the www.burlingtongraphics.com website. Keystone no longer stocks the graphics / decals for my model of coach - so I did visit Burlington's site and there was a complete listing of what I need - although a bit pricy. With freight - the complete set would run me ~ $ 750 - or I could piecemeal it if desired.

Anyway - no cheap solution, but did get response from Keystone quickly.

Christy at Keystone followed through very well for us. We just followed her directions and she got results with approvals by supplying new decals and picking up the tab for total replacement.
I was very impressed with her professionalism!!
