I have a portable Progressive 50 amp EMS and during our recent trip it went bad. I plugged it into the electrical pedestal when we arrived at a campground and it wouldn't let power through. It was showing crazy information in the display and trouble codes. I called Progressive and explained the problems to them. They said ship it back to them and they would take care of everything and I should have it back in 2 weeks.
Well, they did exactly that and when we got home there was our repaired EMS looking good as new and the
BEST part....
No Charge!! 
Nice knowing a company really does stand behind their product and warranties. Highly recommend Progressive Industries products to everyone.
The only worry I had was finishing our trip without any electrical protection.
