stiles watson Montana Master Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Leona Posts: 6,382 M.O.C. #2059	Generators Hey folks, Thought I would go to the experts. I need a "portable" generator for my house. Noise is not a great issue, but....reliability is. Have looked at 7000 to 10000 watts. A whole house, integrally wired automatic would be nice, but I am not looking to spend 8 to 12 grand.
