Bedroom slide uneven

I’ve got a 2021 model 3120RL
Noticed when I retracted the slide so we could go camping, that it wasn’t coming in evenly, but when the side that was “ahead” in the race was fully retracted, that the other side caught up.
Drove 300 miles to our first camp, and now it doesn’t extend evenly. The side closest to the front is still extended about an inch.
Still got two stops to go before we get back home.
Any suggestions?
Our 2011 Montana had all slides operated by hydraulics. Now we’ve got this electric junk.
The serpentine tracks look fine on both sides.
Thanks for your help.

It sounds like this is a Schwintek slide system. There are various ways to override the controller and to resync the motors. Here's a video from Lippert on the resync procedure.

You might also try to manually override the controller to resync. Sometimes they require running them three times all the way in and out to get them resynced. The manual override is only needed if the controller is stopping it from continuing. IOW, if it stops while holding the rocker switch and won't go any further. Push the button on the controller 6 times and hold until the lights flash to override, then continue to hold the button for at least 10 seconds after the slide stops moving. Here's a video to do the override.

Thanks so much Robert. We tried to get the slide to operate properly using the technique in the video you sent, but it would never quite get to an acceptable operation. There was an associated video from the Burlington RV Superstore that showed how to reprogram the slide controller. We tried that technique and it is now programmed to work correctly. Apparently, when extending and retracting a schwintek operated slide, you are supposed to continue holding down on the button for at least 5 seconds after the slide stops. This reminds the motors to "remember" where the proper stops are located.
Thanks again Robert, and everyone on this site that are SO KNOWLEGEABLE and HELPFUL. You are all awesome!

A very finicky slide. Never start and stop the slide in mid stroke. Always run it the full travel and hold the button in so the motors sync. Also good practice to never open the slide unless level.
