What you want is a Bonded Neutral plug. If you do a Search on these words you will get lots of hits. Here is a recent one.

I made three of them at rally and provided to two other Super Solar owners. It is just a 120v plug that is bonding the neutral and ground. You simply plug it into one outlet on your generator. You can make one fairly cheap or Honda and Hughes also sell them (among others).
