Agree that is a propane line. Shouldn’t be a problem to disconnect the flex hose, with propane off and pressure relieved of course, and let the pipe drop down on the sewer line. You could even unscrew the cross over pipe from the pipe fitting on the left of the picture and remove the pipe. But that wouldn’t help much as the sewer pipe is still there. Pipe fittings are pretty foolproof.
