Water leak.

Hi folks, so our 2018 3791 has a water leak in several locations, notably the three smaller slide outs with windows. We're here in Northern Florida where is rains fairly regular and I noticed that water has collected under the slide outs between the floor and the moisture barrier. I have looked for seal damage and have applied silicone around the windows, but to no advantage? What am I missing, btw we came from Arizona where there is no rain, to speak of, so this is a new development. Thanks in advance.

On our rig, with the older style windows with the frame against the wall, we had leaks some years ago, and I discovered the butyl tape used between the frame of the window and the exterior wall had shrunk leaving a microscopic gap, just enough to allow water to get past and run down inside the wall and ultimately migrate under the wall and get the carpet wet. I ended up sealing all the windows with silicone caulking at the edge of the frame and the wall and haven't had any water intrusion since.

Check the top of your slides to make sure the screws holding the outer trim around the slide haven't penetrated the roofing. (Mine did)

THEN, check that the black rubber moulding on the outside at the bottom where the lower J metal starts is sealed, a leak there will get your slide carpets wet.
Of course the obvious thing to check are the slide seals. Making sure they've deployed properly.

Well followed the mentioned suggestions, and could fine no seal defects, also used silicone around windows. In short I'm stumped, the water is not entering the coach but between the membrane and plywood. I thought I did well with the silicone, not so, just had gulley washer here in Florida and the leak continues.

Ensure the seam along the bottom where the wall meats the floor is well sealed. This has been the source of numerous leaks which appear on the floor.

There are trim pieces on the outside of the slide walls, one high and one low, that run the depth of the slide. Make sure these have been sealed as far inwards as you can. Mine were not sealed anywhere close to where they disappear past the rubber flap seals.

Take a hose with out a sprayer. Turn water on low and direct water above window . If no leak run water along horizontal seam at floor level. Continue looking with hose until leak appears.
