Rand McNally iPad app

This was just released and was wonering if any one has purchased and does it have the functionality of the 7720 like they claim?

Scott, cannot say, have not purchased.

But, I can say that I am using MotionX for the iPad and iPhone and am happy with them. I may have paid 99 cents for the app. I also paid the $9 or 10 a year for the voice directions thingy, worth it!

I say that with the disclaimer, that apps are apps, GPS is GPS, and none are perfect.

I have not seen it. If you are considering an iPad app I use CoPilot which has an RV mode that I like.

$99 is a bit steep for me for an iPad nav app.
I like Garmin Nuvi a lot.

The Rand MacNally app is free, at least that is what I am seeing on iTunes.

The Motion X app I LOVE is 99 CENTS, not dollars.

Is there really a app that cost $99.00?? Yea, that is tooooooooooo much $$$$$$$$$
