Welcome to fulltiming Dick and Joyce. We spent almost six years fulltiming, and made the regretable mistake of getting back in the house business. Love the house, but miss the freedom of fulltiming. For fulltimers, check out Alternative Resources in Sioux Falls, SD. Great outfit catering to fulltimers, and SD as a legal residence has many advantages. We still spend 8-9 months out of the year in RV parks.

Super! Happy for you two.
You never answered me about the Tornado shelter around your lake there... I assume there is none?
You guys be careful out there.

Sorry Ozz, I missed that post. The bathrooms here are preformed concrete and perform that function. We actually hid out in one during our popup camping days many many moons ago. Works out well because if the weather scares the "you know what" out of you, you're already in the right place

Congrat DQD,

We have a signed contract on the S & B but we are now going back and forth with the lawyers over the home inspection items. Hopefully we will be FT by end of July if it still works out, if not, back on the market she goes.....

Good Luck and hope everything works out for you!

Les
