Reserve or not Reserve that is the ?

Here in Florida we still have a group that loves to do weekends at Fla State Parks. It has gotten to the point that in winter or on holiday weekends you have to make reservations 11 months in advance. It has gotten extremely competitive. Week days, other than winter, not too bad.

As an addendum to the previous post: We make our reservations often on the road, seldom more than a day ahead of arrival in case we want to go in another direction. The very few times we've had to cancel we had zero problems. We have a firm rule, however, to make reservations ahead of time for the holidays as they are always a problem. We actually hate the holidays -- interferes with our carefree style of living. Forces us to be on a schedule!

Same here. Normally there are no problems...but if you catch a CG that's having a rally, there will be no space.
