Who's where for the winter....

What with some of the MOCers wintering at home and than there's the Florida SnowBirds, Winter Texans and whatever they call the Arizona winter flock I'm having problems keeping track of who's where.

Me? I'm at Avalon RV Park in Clearwater Florida. We will be here until the end of April.

So where ya'll at for the winter???????

Cozy at home in snow blanketed central Oregon. It's warmed up though and the snow is melting - for now.

Home in Texas on the GOLDEN Gulf Coast about 300 miles to the NE of the RGV. Taking the Monty to Port Aransas for New Years and then to Bastrop to meet some other MOC'ers. We're Winter and SUMMER Texans every year.

We'll be at Victoria Palms RV Park in Donna, TX from January 10 = March 11 and then we're heading to Elko, Georgia, after a stopover at our home in Alabama, for our Montana mini-rally at the end of March. Yeah!

Les,
I do remember meeting you at Blue Crick, too bad we did not have more of a chance to get to talk. I am sure you have been watching the weather up here, cold (25 or less) for the last 26 days. Today we broke 48 degrees and solid rain, finally the ice and snow roads are gone. I look forward to the time when our paths cross again, enjoy the warm weathers of the south... dave/

We're leaving in the morning for Ridgeview, Bullhead City until 12-30. Then Silverview in Bullhead City until 1-2. We then go to Desert Shadows, Casa Grande until 1-14. Next is Azizona Maverik in Mesa until 1-28, somebody has to go to the Mesa swapmeet. On to Pueblo El Mirage in El Mirage until 2-1. Last is Pilot Knob in Winterhaven, CA until 2-15. Then we will start heading home, nothing planned yet, plan on getting home about March 1st. Only got up to 62 degrees today, so it's time to head South.

Thanks Dave...we are loving the warmer weather (near 70 at Rockport, Tx) south this winter. This is our first trip south. Look forward to traveling to Arizona and eventually back north to see our kids and grandkids. Hope to meet up with you again soon in the future.........Les

We are in beautiful southern Oregon. I always say southern because our weather is much different than what you get up by Portland and in Washington. We get about 20 inches of rain a year, which we are getting now, and we rarely see snow, but it can get to 100 in the summers. This week it is wet but quite warm with temps near 60 some days. We don't mind the winters here and keep going out in the Montana when we can. When we get to retire we will probably escape the heat as much as trying to find a warmer place in the winter.
