I collect pigs and Karen collects owls. Had to make some decisions when we moved into the Monty, but we still have the favorites. Mine is the flying pig the kids gave me years ago. You know the old saying "you can --- (fill in the blank) when pigs fly." Well Karen bought me a flying pig and his is still flying on the chain of the fan.

I collect Dalmatians (I have 1,000's), Flamingo's and Mooses. I have flamingos all over the front yard in Montana. I am getting the winter ones that are white...LOL. The Moose, well guess why?

DW (Beth) collects EVERYTHING, heck we have a 10x24 storage unit to prove it. I collect Peanuts (Snoopy, Charlie Brown and the gang). For me it's going to help me retire a little.

Though Marsha and I have slowly redecorated the house in an outdoor motiff, she really does not collect anything based on any certain type of animal. In the last couple of years, though, she has started buying the Willow angels and now has a small collection of them.

The year after Phyllis and I got married, for Christmas, her gift was one light house per month for 12 months. The Harbour Lights collection.
Within one year she had over 45, after 2 years she had 100, (I will admit, I bought most of them because I was on the road a lot then.
We have started getting rid of things now that we sold the house and are expecting to move in Feb or March full time into the Monty while Phyllis finishes out to her retirment her position with the school district. She won't retire until she has reached 62, no matter what I try to do.
Two days ago I took her Light house collection to dealer and she had 125 lght houses plus some Thomas Kincdaid stuff, plates, light houses, etc., I had 14 Franklin Mint Colectible Cars, Early Ones, and all of the Texaco Airplanes and I still have over a hundred cars to get rid of. I'm going to give them to my Grandson. I gave My Son all of my Harbour Lights Boat collection.
Those were our fetishes. Hers is now Photography, and she is outstanding at it, I have been attracted to Z-scale trains.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU ON THIS WONDERFUL FORUM AND GOD BLESS
AND KEEP YOU ALL DURING THESE LONG WINTER MONTHS

Rick and Phyllis Trent
