We use the Johnny Appleseed city park, but, you better check dates VERY carefully as the Johnny Appleseed Fesitval is the 3rd full weekend in September and the park is closed for camping during that week or so.
Johnny Appleseed has electric, some water and a dump, but not sewer on site. Note: Unless that has changed since last year.
Not positive, but the next option may be up 69 at Auburn, believe the name is now Classic City Camping, this is a rather new park, was originally a KOA, did not stay that way long, has full hookups, etc. It is about 20 minutes or so north of Fort Wayne. Map it to determine exact distance.
There may be others, those are the ones I am familiar with.
