Splitting Rubber Roof on Slides
I have a 2021 3790RD and noticed today that the rubber roof on the kitchen slide is splitting at the bottom seam. I have attached a picture of the issue. Is there an easy fix? If so what is the best way to fix?

Welcome to the forum! It looks to me like the roof is fine. It's just the sealant that has pulled loose from the trim. There will likely be answers from others who have resealed theirs. For me, I would be tempted to trim back the sealant a little more, use rubbing alcohol to clean the surfaces, and put down new sealant. Dicor makes a good product that will seal that back up.
If what I'm seeing is actually the edges of the rubber room sticking out then that's a different deal which might involve removing the black trim and getting a good tuck of the roof under the trim.
If you're close to your dealer, you might have them do it for you under warranty as well.

Ours came loose at the top to outside trim. I just used some 2" gray Eternabond. Yours - if still in warranty, would take it back to the dealer. He should be able to fix it in a few minutes without leaving the trailer for weeks

I can not tell if the rubber is splitting or the sealant. I am hopping it is the sealant. I posted a closer picture to see if you can tell which one it is.
I am worried that I may have to take it to my dealer because of their very bad service. They indicate any repair will take 5 months. I just had my refrigerator go out and troubleshooted it to a bad upper fan. My dealer indicated to drop it off and expect 5 months for the work to be completed. I had a mobile rv tech pull the fridge and replaced the fans in an hour. The tech actually talked to the dealer on the phone and indicated the exact problem, time to fix and that I had the fans. They would not budge from 5 months.
I have read this forum for years and love it. Thank you for your quick replies.

Agree with others above; under warranty, take it back to the dealer and let them fix it. Avoid leaving it on their lot. Make the appointment, get a date. Take in on that date.

No is it Windish RV in Colorado Springs. I would love to change dealerships but all that I have called here in Colorado indicate they can not get me in and to go to my dealer for warranty repairs.
Windish RV indicates there is no one day warranty repair because it takes weeks minimum for approval from Keystone. They have to analyze it, take pictures, write a report etc. I know that is wrong because Keystone approved the repair of my refrigerator within minutes.

If Keystone approved the refrigerator to be repaired by the mobile tech under warranty, I would go that way for the roof.

You might consider contacting Keystone directly to get the warranty process started. You can email them pictures, etc. At least your 1 year warranty will be intact. I had to do this with a sidewall crack since my appointment at the dealer was 3 months out.

One of those plastic putty knives will remove that Silicone, which doesn't stick to our roofs anyway.
Then I used a white EPDM sealant all the way around.

As others have recommended, call Keystone And explain to them your situation with your dealer. See if they will authorize a mobile tech to do the warranty repair. Also advise them that the longer they wait to authorize the repair, the more it will cost them if further damage occurs over time. In any case, DOCUMENT all of your conversations with dates and times and what was discussed . Take lots of pictures to document the condition of your roof at time of notification. A mobile tech may be a faster solution If Keystone will authorize it.

I just resealed both sides of mine with white solar seal 900. This stuff is great. Lasts much longer than Dicor & stays flexible, IMO. Mine had clear silicone on it. Was so loose it just peeled right off once I got a strip started. I use mineral spirits sparingly to clean but mine is a rubber roof, not tpo. Five month wait is ridiculous, by the time u get your rv back it will be out of warranty.
