Replacing Dometic Fridge with Residential Refrigerator - Fans and Vents?

Replacing our Dometic 2862 with a Frigidaire residential refrigerator. It is a tight fit. Do we seal around the front and let the two outside vents cool it, or close off the outside vents and try to vent to the inside of the rig. What about fans?

I would seal it in the front and leave the rear vents for air circulation.
