Microwave Stop, Clock Buttons not working

On my new to me 2020 384br, I noticed that the clock was wrong and tried to use the clock button to set the time but nothing happened. Thinking this was not right, I put a cup of coffee in the Microwave and tried a few other buttons. That is when I found that the stop button does not work also.

Anyone else have this issue with their Furrion Microwave?

Probably by the time you figure out if the oven is repairable and if parts are available, it will be much easier to just replace it with a better brand of microwave oven. We replaced ours last year with a Samsung, and are very happy with it.

the m/w may be still under warranty. look at your booklets. if not, just buy another one.

Yes still under warranty and a new microwave is on its way.
