I just realized I maybe just told you to tape up cardboard over your head where it might fall down onto a heater! :LOL: Well, you know--always use common sense and your own best judgment when people tell you to do something like that. Cardboard is good in drawers and cabinets, too, where it can't fall down. Reflectix is good, too, though pricey.

This thing is nothing but windows, have reflex on Windows, vent covers, rugs down in winter bhla bhla bhla. Good thing for electric blanket and my dogs body heat. We're hanging in this together

I know, right!? It's more than a three-dog night here, too! (Except I've got cats.)

If nothing else works, try pulling the furnace fuse, wait 10 seconds, then reinstall furnace fuse. This will force a reset to the furnace control.

Which thermostat is installed?

Don’t forget to get heat to those belly tanks. Heating the inside of rig does not get heat down there. The last thing you want is frozen waste tanks.

The Fan Sail switch is most likely the issue. Set the Thermostat to off. Remove the furnace access panel on exterior of RV. Turn off the service switch. Carefully remove the sail switch and actuate it by hand a few times. Reinstall the Sail switch . Turn the service switch back on . Reinstall the access panel. Turn on interior thermostat and unit will most likely fire up. These newer units have to prove the sail switch is open prior to starting the blower. Sometimes they just simply get stuck from lack of use. I have to do this to mine every heating season.

I had issues, bought a new thermostat, when I changed it out I found a broken wire were it tied into the terminal block. Worth a check as mine was a 2020 model. I was surprised at the solid core wire used.

I have a 2005 3670
Have used the Suburban furnace a lot since 2007 purchase and replaced the Furnace when the Fan started squealing maybe in 2019...
Not hard to do.
New Furnace MUCH quieter albeit velocity through the vents is slightly reduced.

Problem solved,

Did fuse like stated above, hit on off switch on furnace, nothing with bypassing thermostat neither. Always heard the click on AC Unit plus thermostat. Had enough voltage to start so the problem was the furnace control board. This issue was for the Suburban SF-35F

Mine went out yesterday on my 2023 Monty. Turns out it was the sail switch on the Suburban Furnace. Took it out, toggled the switch, blew it off, put in back in and it started right up!
