Finally a Montana Owner

Hello all! Over the weekend the wife and I finally purchased a Montana HC. We traded in our Hemisphere 5er and there is no comparison. We have been camping together since we got married and and have progressed through all of the stages...tent>pop-up>TT>5er. We have always loved the Montanas, but didn't have the truck to pull one before. Once we got the truck it was only a matter of time.

Our first trip will be to Fort Wilderness this weekend!

Thank you all! We are excited. The weather in NC right now is perfect for camping; can't wait to get out and start the season.

Yes, I would say you do indeed now have the truck. Good luck with that beautiful new rolling hotel and welcome to the forum.

I see several posts from WA. I lived up there for three years before coming to NC. Can't say that I miss the rain, but the Summers were amazing for camping up there. The last camping trip I did up there ended up being my absolute favorite. I took my daughter tot Sun Lakes State Park in Western WA during her spring break. That was such a cool place.

CaptnJohn, we looked at a new 2017 370BR they had on the lot and probably would have gone with it since it was discounted, but it had the dinette instead of the table and chairs. Apparently that was a deal breaker for the wife.

Would have been a deal breaker for us too. The '18 has a couple extra goodies over the early '17 we bought. Nothing that would have been a deal breaker but we learned many rigs back the table and chairs is much better than the built in for us. I guess if you have a heard of kids may need it for sleeping area.
