Blow up bed

I seldom use our inflatable bed. The last several times i used it when I went to break it down in the morning there was a wet spot right about where the pillow goes. I thought that it might be from our guest drooling during the night but it always happens no matter who sleeps on it. Once put away it dries out and is fine when opened up the next time. Has anyone else had this problem. Very strange.

Thanks
Dave

Do your guests sleep with their head at the foot of the bed and is that area of the bed right under the A/C grill?

yep The head of the bed is up against the window and the a/c return grill is above their head but the a/c doesn't need to be on for it to happen both furnace and a/c off. Just really strange. I was thinking that it might be a temp differential but seems hard to believe.

There is no roof or a/c leak. It seems like the only posable explanation is condensation somehow.

We have not had obvious moisture like that, but our occasional guests at first said the mattress was very cold to sleep on, so we now lay a quilt on the mattress first, then make the bed with the sheets. Makes for a much more comfortable night's sleep. That may be why we haven't had a moisture issue

Yep I do the same thing. The other thing I am going to try is to put one of those egg crate foam pads on the top.

Thanks

We also use a mattress pad and have not had any moisture issues. We leave the fitted pad and a fitted sheet on the air mattress when folded up and all three items are zipped into the storage bag during the day.
