Recruiting
We have been on the road for the last 3 days and I have handed out 3 MOC business cards with a good word for the forum and all that are on it. I hope we see some of them come aboard for a good informative ride.
We are in Chattanooga right now and we depart here the 3rd of September for Asheville, NC. We'll spend the Labor Day weekend in that area. Right now we are at Racoon Mt Rv park in Chattanooga, TN.
Come on by - site 145 and catch us if you can, but most likely back by 6 p.m. from day trips.

Waynem,
I stayed at Raccoon Mt. this past June while I was in Chattanooga for my 50th class reunion. What a neat place. Be sure to take the tour through the caves. I have seen several caves around the country but Raccoon mt is one of the neatest and interesting. Don't forget to see the IMAX downtown. I took my granddaughter to see her first IMAX and first 3D movie. They happened to be the same. Avatar in 3D is fantastic. Avatar in 3D IMAX is beyond description. We all tried to swat away the flyee thingees when they came at us.
We also took the highspeed hydroplane boat ride down through the Tennessee Narrows downstream from Chattanooga.
Didn't get to the Aquarium though...maybe next time.
Engoy!!!

Wayne, is that CG easy to get to? We will be spending a week there in that area and have no idea where to stay. After the rallies we will head to KC for a week or so then SE to Chattanooga for a week or so of site seeing. If this is a good spot we will try it... Dave

Exnavydiver,
Take exit 174 off I-24 just before you get to Chattanooga. Turn left for on US 41/72 for 1 1/4 miles and you will see a pretty large sign for Raccoon Mountain Campground. By the way, there is a Cracker Barrel at that same exit.
Enjoy
