Decals
Just discovered something interesting, to me anyway. We have a 2007 3400RL. Previously we had called Burlington Graphics for some replacement decals are received the correct ones. Today I was looking at their website and they now have the trailer models listed and pictures of the decals and placement. I clicked on 2007-2008 Montana and these were not my decals, looked at 2006 and there they are. We have a 2007 w/ 2006 graphics. Guess the factory uses up their inventory before changing and they don't observe model years. At lease now I know the difference in the graphics between 2006 and 2007, so I did learn something.

Our rig is a 2006, but the graphics we have are Blue which are the same as the 2005 on their site.

Jim,
Our 3400 is also a 2007 with 2006 graphics. You are right in they use the graphics in stock. This may or may not be the graphic for the model year.

We had the same problem and I received the wrong ones and had to re-order them. I’ve been waiting on the replacements for a while. The price was great but this has been some ordeal!

We recently got the graphics in where I had to re-order the correct ones. I wish they would have had the web site in the beginning when I first tried to order them. It would have made things a lot easier. You can actually look at the style you need before ordering them. It clarifies things a lot when trying to match them up. Keep in mind though; you may have to look at a different year than what the model number is on the camper you have. Example we have a 2002 but had to order the graphics for a 2001 model. It really helps being able to look at them and then choosing what you want directly from their web site.

It strikes me that each reply has said that his rig was one year off on decals, maybe the Burlington Graphic website is off by one year and our graphics are correct by model year.
Just a thought.

Kristin @ Burlington told me that their list is one year behind Keystone's model year. I have a 2007 and she sent me their 2006 diagram. Exactly what I needed.

I think part of the problem with the decals being for the wrong year is that the manufactures/dealers declaring something to be a certain model or year months before the new year starts. Our camper was sold to us as a 2002 model but it is titled as a 2001, licensed as a 2001, so for all practical purposes it’s a 2001 model as far as I’m concerned. When I finally got the correct graphics they were for a 2001 model. I believe that to be the cause of the problem. The date on the sticker on our camper is faded out so I can’t read the printed date. I would imagine that it indicates it was manufactured in 2001 as well. I haven’t seen anything that indicates it’s a 2002 model like I was told other than them telling me it was.

So what is the process for replacing graphics? Do you have it done or do you do it yourself? Cost? Length of time it takes to do it? Please give as much info as possible. I have a new RV but I KNOW the graphics will have to be replaced no matter how well I take care of it. Thanks!

We have the 2007 3585SA Montana model, but our nose cone graphic is the 2006 model style. The rest of the graphics, however, are predominantly the 2007 style, except for the rear "MONTANA." I guess we have a mix of several graphic year styles. I sent photos to Burlington so they could see exactly what we have, but we still haven't heard a word from them, even after 3 e-mails, a partial graphic order, and a snail-mail letter.

Looking at the picture of your rig the decals are all the same as mine (a 2007 3400RL) and they are all listed as 2006 on the Burlington website, there are distinct differences between 2006 and 2007 decals.

Jim, are your graphics brown, with no blue anywhere, not even on the MONTANA name? Our graphics are all brown, and even though the rig was a new 2007 model, the graphics design does match the 2006 graphic designs shown on the Burlington site. However, we don't have any blue anywhere, not even on the MONTANA name. Unless my monitor deceives me, it appears that the word MONTANA is in blue in the diagrams of the 2006 graphics.
I guess I'd be ok with some blue graphics if the brown ones weren't available. As rapidly as mine are peeling, I'm going to need an entire set before summer is over!

My Montana name is dark blue fade to grey on my 2007 (w/2006 decals) the mountains have brown fade to dark browns and tans, never thought about a Montana word decal being in other than Blue, have never seen one that I am aware of in the pre 2008 models.
I'll be darned, after writing the above, looked at the 2007-2008 Montana word and your right it looks Brown but the other decals are the same colors but the 2007-2008 have 2 swishes in the front and a little different layout on the sides but in the same Browns with no blue as in the 2008. Today I learned something.

The Burlington graphics charts and diagrams are a learning experience, I think. I believe my graphics are a combination of at least 2 different styles, particularly since my MONTANA name graphics are all brown. All the graphics are brown, tan, and shades in between.
I put in my replacement graphics quote request today, so maybe Burlington will reply and give me some answers.

One word seems to describe this problem ----- HODGEPODGE ------!! Maybe that's two words or not even a word, but it describes the situation perfectly. Mix n Match may be another phrase that comes to mind.......
