Ditto on the not built in or gen prep. We also have the kipor 3000Ti, she's so quiet a neighbor tenter was walk'in by and said, Oh, you have a generator? We can't even hear it!
It serves as secondary power source for stick house...
Alternate is to have good bank of batteries and an inverter...I use this mode after 6:00pm and call it whisper mode! Had same comments from neighbors in AM come ask how I could be watching TV late into the night and no sound (but the TV).
Oh, and one last comment...Northeastern coastline doesn't have hookups when at campgrounds just a dune away from the Atlantic Ocean. We therefore have it all for the week we vacation at Assateague Island National Seashore.
