Hey Keystone
Back in January I posted a problem with my 3650rk about the toilet missing a cross support under the floor. I have read comments about Keystone following the posts in this forum for feedback. How long does it normally take for them to respond? Or do I have the wrong impression that they will even respond to a post here? The post was in the "Hey Keystone" section of the forum. Did I missunderstand something?

Keystone does in fact read this forum. Since this forum in not owned or operated by them you will not hear replies from them. If you are having a problem with your coach I would contact your dealership first and then if no success, contact Keystone Customer Service. As you have heard from the group Keystone has been known for standing behind their products. Sure worth a phone call.

Hey Keystone catagory is basically the members telling each other what they want Keystone to hear. It serves as a sounding board for suggestions. It is sort of like a focus group in industry. The protocol deliniated by Montana Sky above is the right protocol for warranty or coach issues.

I was not sure how that worked. My dealer is in Texas and we live in Louisiana. I have an idea how to fix it so I will take care of it when I get home. Maybe post some pictures of the repair for future referance.

Just an opinion, but I think I would a call to Customer Service might be in your favor. You never know how it might benefit you until you try. All it takes is a phone call. Might save you a lot of hassel in the future. Good Luck
