Just for prariepoodle......

Diet for the Stressed Out
Specially formulated diet designed to help cope with the stress that builds during the day.

BREAKFAST

1 grapefruit
1 slice whole-wheat toast
1 cup skim milk

LUNCH

small portion lean, steamed chicken with a cup of spinach
cup herbal tea
1 Hershey's Kiss

AFTERNOON TEA

The rest of the Hershey Kisses in the bag
1 tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate-chip topping

DINNER

4 - 8 glasses of wine (red or white)
2 or 3 loaves garlic bread
3 16" Pizza Hut Supreme pizzas
3 Snickers bars

LATE NIGHT SNACK

1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer) and washed down with 4 extra thick Chocolate milk shakes

REMEMBER:

"Stressed" spelled backward is "desserts"!

We are dieting right now to try and get blood pressure down and this so relates to how we feel. Tomorrow is our "nutritional vacation" day.

I love that diet, I would have to work up to it. But I can definitely see it helping!!!!!!
