Welcome Mike and Amy. I am a former tent camper also and not only is there a lot of room in the Monty but there is a good bed and a bathroom! Enjoy both the Monty and the forum.
Happy trails....................

Welcome Mike & Amy...you will LOVE this site...and the folks who frequent this little corner of the 'net. From a tent to a Monty... wow that is a huge leap...we are still transitioning from tent to homemade trailer, to 1940's camper to popup that slept 8 to a cabin on an island...NOW we are in the process of becoming Monty owners with all of you and though we have not made the purchase yet, these kind folk are letting us hang around. You will love the helpfulness of this club...look...it even attracts people who just WISH they were owners...we are in the process of retiring and will soon be full timers......it can't happen soon enough for me... Enjoy your new rig and keep us posted as to your adventures and until we join you, we will live vicariously through your stories!

Welcome aboard, Mike and Amy! And congratulations on that new Montana! I also started with tents but had a few intermediate steps before arriving at the Montana. Hope you have lots of good times in it.

Welcome Mike and Amy,
One of the benefits of reading this forum is that you get to live vicariously. Seeing your enthusiasm it brings back the first days for us. I can remember Diane and I arriving at the dealers bleary eyed and exhausted because we hadn't been able to sleep for days before we took delivery of our Montana. We slept well in it that very night parked at home! You'll find good advice and good fun here with lots of people who share your dream.
