Beautiful! Let us know how those 20 inch wheels handle your 340 Big Sky.
Thanks Lynwood

Super nice Stiles, that color is really slick. I have a question, how does the new SRW do compared to your dually ? Why did you opt out of another dually, do you notice any big differnce in stability? I only ask because we are going to get a new truck soon and we really dont want a dually at this stage of our life. Congratulations ...Scott

There are pluses and minuses with every decision. We had a 2002 F250 SRW prior to the 2008 F350 DRW. I have not ever noticed that the dually was any more stable than the SRW. Others will disagree I am sure. We went to the SRW because by doing so we could get a higher gear ratio for better mileage. Since we full time and this is our only vehicle, higher mileage is important for non-towing travel.

Taking our weights into account along with the 400 hp and 800 ft/lbs of torque touted for the 6.7 L Scorpion engine, I surmise that will be adequate for the reduced amount of towing we are projecting for our future agenda. I will be towing for central Texas to Ft.Collins, Colorado in about three weeks, so I guess my theories will be tested.

Very nice looking truck! I seem to remember a similar color combination back in the late 70's. It looked sharp then too. Enjoy your new ride!

Yes, Sailer, That's what they call it. We chose the long box, but thought about the short box. I already had the B&W Companion Hitch and didn't want to invest in a slider, so long box was the right option for me.

Those are some nice colors. I am sure you will be happy with it when you are towing. I too have had both a dually and a now a single rear wheel and I have never noticed any difference in stability.
