From the annuls of Why Did I Do That!

Lori and I took advantage of the four day weekend and headed back to Seven Feathers Casino for a get away. Saturday was pretty nice and in the 50's. I was sitting outside getting bored and decided to open the awning to dry it out from the torrential rains of late. I unhooked, and went to open it up. The forward arm started to come down, but the one by the back stuck. I went over and pulled on it to release it from the holder. It popped loose and the awning opened and yes, you may have guessed, a couple gallons of water dumped right on top of me! TDW felt obligated to laugh hysterically instead of getting her poor husband a towel. People came out of their RV's to see what was so funny. So much for My Valentine! It seems we have at least one incident every trip. I guess this is what makes them more special. I just wish she would be the recipient some times.

Such a great way to obliterate the boredom... Your DW probably wouldn't have wanted anything more for valentines day. Reminds me of that radio commercial that says "What have you done for your marriage today" and one guy says to keep her laughing. Great post, my DW would have enjoyed it immensely.

Is it's a message to shower more often than you do?

It could have been worse. It could have been your DW and then you would be the one laughing, and you would never hear the end of it. Now, you just won't hear the end of it.

That’s a good one!
I must admit, if I would’ve seen it I probably would’ve laughed also. At least you’re keeping her happy. Maybe they could put a scene like that in RV-II if there ever is one.

Well, Steve, what can I say?! I've pulled a lot of boners in my time but that one must still be on the list for sometime down the road. I'm glad you weren't hurt. Wet is not fun but you'll dry.
