PAUL IS HOME!

PAUL IS HOME! The first thing he told me he wanted to do was to get some real food. So I took him to this really nice place that we go to. He ate like a ----, well I won't say it...He needed to, he has lost so much weight. Then when we got home he was tired so I turned the electric blanket on and put him to bed, man he went nuts. Said he forgot how nice the bed felt....He went right to sleep. He has home health coming in every day till he can do things for himself. They are going to do P/T and O/T right here in the house. That is great because this is where he will be spending most of his time. He has a lot of issues that he still needs to work on but he is really willing to get on with his life now...I told him we just hit a bump in the road...So now we are looking forward to getting on with life. Thank you all for all the prayers. You have all been so kind. Paul really realized just how many friends and family he has out there. Thanks again. Kathi

choice to sit it out or dance. . .
I HOPE YOU DANCE"

Paul and Kathi,

We're dancing right along with you!!!! It is wonderful news that Paul is home. Having been hospitalized many times, I know just how good it is to be home in your own bed. We'll continue to kift you up in our prayers.

Paul and Kathi, Great news, it won't belong before you are back to normal. Will continue to keep you in our prayers. Maybe sometime Highway 93 will get us together.

Boy do I know how good that "home" bed feels. This is such great news. I hope your recovery is speedy and it will be if you do your PT and OT. Kathi, I know you've had a difficult time also and just remember we are all there for BOTH of you.
Happy trails........................

Kathi, That is wonderful news. I am sure Paul is excited about being home. Be patient with him. We men can be quite troublesome when we are not up to par. I think it is because we feel the wives should depend on us and not vis-versa. It took a long time to realize my DW was more than capable to handle anything on her own as I am sure you are. Paul is a lucky man to have you around in his time of need. Stay strong, be patient and go to God daily for support. All will be well.

In my favorite Book it says, "And evening and morning were the first day." This sequence was a revelation to my thinking. It indicates the darkness comes before the dawn. I pray that your darkness is passing and you are moving into the light of the day. Welcome home.

Stiles, I love your interpretation of the Good Book, as it expresses our thoughts to Paul and Kathy exactly.

Paul and Kathi, after being off the web for a couple of days, it was a real treat to come 'home' and read this great news. May you be blessed with increasing strength every day, Paul. How wonderful to have him home, Kathi!

Kathi, That is wonderful news; you must be feeling very encouraged by it.

By the way, that is one of Marsha's favorite songs.

Paul, Glad to hear you're home and I'll bet Kathi's glad you have you by her side. Now, some trip planning might be helpful therapy for both of you.
