Guess what I found
We have a front bedroom that has a louvered closet on the right side with the main sliding door closet next to it. In our old rig that louvered closet had solid doors and we had our washer in there. We took delivery of the old rig with the washer installed so I never looked at the back of the closet. The new rig with the louvered closet has a cardboard like piece in the right rear closing off the lower right rear. Chasing down a draft I took that cardboard piece out and low and behold there's a hole back there with nowhere near enough insulation in it to stop the draft coming straight in from the pin box cut out. Now it has enough. If you have one of these in your rig you might want to take a look.

Chasing a water leak in mine, I found I could see the back of the fiberglass cap in the lower right hand corner where the water lines make the turn going up the front.. Need to add insulation there.

Thanks for the heads up Dick. We will now address this in our unit.

Let me think, R11 walls R38 ceiling and 30,000 BTUs wont cool it and 24,000 will heat and cool my house. There must be something wrong with this, wonder what it is?

I also found that I could see the fiberglass from the front cap when I installed our washer and dryer in our 2017 3791RD. I used the expanding foam insulation to seal the gap.

Does anybody know why Keystone put the triangle hole there in the first place?
Also what have RVer's been using to insulation that area?

I should have taking my drill today to do my PDI, removed all panels to look for shoddy workmanship as you stated. I will look at mine tomorrow and if is same way, the dealer will correct it,(helps to know them personally).
