Electric breaker for 2nd a/c
My 2004 Montana is wired for the 2nd a/c. The Montana is not near me presently and I would like to know which breaker the power line is connected to. I was told it was NOT connected to the same breaker as the main unit.

There should be a dedicated breaker for nothing but the 2nd A/C. If there is not one labeled as such, and there are breakers not labeled, you will probably have to expose the wires in the ceiling and test for which breaker supplies power there.

I don't think there is a open breaker, I looked last week-end and did not see one. I may have to wait until I get back to the 5er and take the front of the breaker box off to see where the yellow wire goes. Have had the 2nd a/c for sometime and just found out the wires on top had been chewed into by a squirrel I am guessing.

I misunderstood your question. Some of our trailers were wired for a 2nd A/C, but none installed. The wires were terminated behind a cover plate in the ceiling.
But still, there should be a dedicated 20 amp breaker for the 2nd A/C.

I don't think I'd go with "the yellow wire" theory as there may be more than 1 yellow wire in all your runs. Like said, pop the cover off the jbox in the ceiling by your front A/C and with a helper and a multimeter ... flip breakers till you find the one that powers the wires you are testing.

By "open breaker" I am thinking you are speaking of a tripped breaker. A tripped breaker is not obvious visually. It does not flip to the OFF position when tripped. It just moves slightly off of the ON position. If you push the handle of a tripped breaker toward the ON position, it will move a small amount. But to reset it, you must turn it off and back on.
