Leak from AC returns

Got a good rain last week and water was leaking from the AC returns in L/R could it be the gaskets on the units on the roof?
Thanks

I would think that is about the only place there is a route to the roof. The rest of the system is sealed inside of the cealing. Unless of course you have a leak in the roof material. Staple maybe?
